ABOUT LEILY

"Life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way, leaving us feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. Therapy can be the place where you pause, untangle what’s been weighing on you, and start finding a way forward."

My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgemental space built on trust and compassion—somewhere you can feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore old coping patterns that might not be working anymore, uncover your strengths, and create new ways of approaching life’s challenges. I believe people already carry the resilience and skills they need to grow, and my role is to help bring those strengths to light.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and solution-focused therapies. Depending on your needs, I often incorporate mindfulness, emotion-focused, or narrative practices as well. This flexible style allows us to tailor sessions so they feel practical, personal, and helpful to you.

I work with adolescents (13+), adults, and couples on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also have a special passion for supporting people through infertility and pre- and post-natal transitions, recognizing how isolating and difficult those experiences can feel.

In our work together, my aim is to help you feel seen, understood, and supported, while finding concrete coping strategies to ease distress and improve your mental health and well-being.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I’m also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in public relations and communications and supported children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
